Welcome to DiscoveredInMyState.com! Thank you for visiting and sharing your time. We're starting to series of blogs to talk about entrepreneurs in America every week. Everyone involved on this project is an entrepreneur to some degree. From our technical advisors to bloggers, we all have grown to love the entrepreneurial dream and purse bettering the economies (communities) around us!

Our History

We [myself and my father] are local Oregon entrepreneurs and have built Little Oak Farms since 1999. Little Oak Farms manufactures and distributes All Natural Gourmet Honey around the Pacific Northwest. In early 2008, we launched DiscoveredInOregon.com as an online retail store for other local products around our farm. We sold items from over 20 different Oregon businesses and startups. Due to my personal time availability, and finishing a degree at Oregon State University, we were unable to maintain the growing logistics. My father understood the importance of finishing a degree. However, we're now back with a new vision.

Our Future

Have you wondered about starting your own business? Maybe you have already! We're simply going to highlight entrepreneurs and small businesses across America through blog posts. This can help a small business promote their website and promote search engine relevancy. Ultimately, we would like to have entrepreneurs in every state blogging about their states' community.
